Visit Sherwood

Fabulous Fantasy weekend photos

What a fantastical, wondrous weekend with the amazing Academy of the Wolf and the positively terrifying orcs.

Add in a couple of Living Trees and a rare summer visit from some of our Krampus friends, and there were certainly plenty of curious creatures wherever you turned at Sherwood…

Photos by Mark Powell.

An orc goes head to head with a recruit at the orc bootcamp.

A bit strange seeing Krampus in Sherwood out of season.

Magician Nathaniel Bagshot amazes a young visitor with his conjuring.

Visitors were warmly welcomed by our Festival Fairies.

And raucously entertained by the irrepressible Bill Brookman

They might not be showing it, but they loved every minute of it…
